ok, look then at the menu bar right at the top of the programm. there's a green qip-flower-icon (meaning you're online), then a letter 'G' (meanin groups switch) and so on. You need the first icon on your right (!) - an icon with a letter "i" on it

upd: кончилось тем, что я предложила ему записать диск IT_crowd, а он раз 20ть сказал, какой я гений. Мой выросший на башорге мозг уже запутался, кто тут кого соблазняет. Осталось мне только идти переустанавливать ему видну (нет, лучше убунту ставить). Гендерное броуновское движение творится и всё тут.
